The applicant states that parking across the site would rise from 146 bays to 151 bays, a net increase of five.
What this does not prove: A separate annotation on A05 shows 10 bays deleted and 17 added in one part of the plan, described as 7 new bays. The drawing's overall parking summary states a net increase of 5. This note does not establish whether 151 bays would meet peak demand across concurrent uses.
